Title Case vs Sentence case
Title Case capitalises the main words of a heading ("The Quick Guide to SEO"), while short words such as a, and, of and the stay lowercase unless they start the title. Sentence case only capitalises the first word of each sentence ("The quick guide to SEO"), which many modern websites prefer for readability.
